Business Overview

Yankuang Energy fully implements the New Development Philosophy, seek both external and internal improvement, and pay equal emphasison industrial operation and capital operation, fostering five major industries of mining, high-end chemicals and new materials, new energy, high-end equipment manufacturing, and intelligent logistics, and building three major operating bases of Shandong, Shaanxi &Inner Mongolia and Australia. Looking ahead, it will work to achieve an annual coal production capacity of 300 million tons in 5-10 years, and build more than 8 green and intelligent mining coal mines each with a production capacity ofover 10 million tons.The annual output of chemicals products will exceed 20 million tons. Operations in Shandong: The Shandong area is a comprehensive industry base that integrates industry and financing. In Shandong, the economic benefits of backbone coal mines have been fully tapped, a preliminary technical system has been formed formanagementand control of burning coals and a new path for clean and efficient utilization of coal has been developed. Here, through strategic cooperation, industrial upgrading and coordination, Yankuang Energy takes the lead and drives the innovative and sustainable development in precise coal mining, fine chemicals, equipment manufacturing, financing investment as well as the modern service industry.

Luxi Mining: The headquarters is located in Heze City, Shandong Province, and it was established in December 2021. It is mainly engaged in coal mining, coal washing, coal products sales and etc., and operates 9 pairs of coal mines, including Xinjulong, Chenmanzhuang, Lilou, Tangkou, Liangbaosi, Guotun, and Pengzhuang, with an approved production capacity of 17.80 million tons.
