The Company is mainly engaged in coal production, preparation and processing, marketing and railway transportation.
Two large coalfields of Yanzhou and Jinig East owned by the headquarter of the Company have six large-scale modern coal mines which are Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine, Baodian Coal Mine, Dongtan Coal Mine, Nantun Coal Mine, Jining II Coal Mine and Jining III Coal Mine with proven and probable reserve totaled 18,99 million tones. In 2007, the Company has produced 34.66 million tones raw coal, of which 7.25 million tones exported.
The Company also owns Austar Coal Mine, Tianchi Coal Mine, Zhaolou Coal Mine in Australia, Shanxi, and Juye of Shandong respectively, with newly additional recoverable reserve of 18,50 billion tones. And Austar Coal Mine Tianchi Coalmine has been put into commercial production in October 2006 and November 2006; Zhaolou Coalmine are still under construction.It will be intended the trial predation in the fourth quarter of 2008.Yushuwan Coalmine are still under the establishment. |
