yanzhou Coal Mining Company Limited-Baodian Coal Mine

　　 Baodian Coal Mine locates in the west central of Yanzhou coalfield. It was started construction in 1977 and put into commercial production in 1986, with annual capacity of 3 million tones. Certain sections of its main mining seams are consolidated into one layer with an average thickness of 8.88 meters, and the remaining sections are divided into two layers with average thickness of 5.74 meters for the upper seam and 3.38 meters for the lower seam. The mine usually adopts the comprehensive mechanized top coal caving mining method mainly for mining consolidated seam and upper seam. Up to 31, December, 2007, the proven and probable reserve of Baodian Coal Mine is about 299.6 million tones.
Original designed capacity of Baodian Coal Mine preparation plant is of 3Mt/a raw coal. The plant is adopted jig machine, heavy medium cyclones and floatation cells, etc., most of the equipments are manufactured in China. The main product is No.2 clean coal/steam coal.
