Coal Transportation & Marketing Department, being a coal sales and quality management department of the Company, is in charge of coal transportation and marketing, coal quality management, settlement of receivable payment of coal, coal preparation and etc.
As for coal marketing, it energetically expands sales network and regions through enhancing internal management, exploring and expanding external market, and continuously strengthening coal marketing management under principle of ¡°Four Optimization¡± and ¡°Five Unification¡±. Now the coal has been sold to a dozen of countries or regions, including Japan and South Korea, and has established long-term stable cooperative relations with several power generation enterprises and metallurgical enterprises in China.
In aspect of quality management, adhering to the quality guideline of ¡°creating first Class through exploitation and enterprising & providing satisfying products and services to domestic and foreign customers by advanced management and technology¡±, it organizes to produce well-sold products in accordance with customers¡¯ demand. Coal quality and service quality has been greatly improved through implementation of ¡°Three Zeros¡± program, which mainly referring to ¡°Zero in Management Default, Zero Sundries in Product, Zero Complaining from Customers¡±. And in the event, ¡°Yankuang Coal¡± is endowed with good brand name and reputation.
