The second election activity of Outstanding Quality Chinese which was support by the China Quality Association , sponsored by All China Federation of Trade Union and hosted by Quality Periodical Office was annunced on December 1. Mr. Qiao xiu, vice-Chairman of All China Federation of Trade Union, announced that 10 experts and/or entrepreneurs who have made an outstanding contribution in quality domain obtain the honor. Mr. Yang Deyu, general manager of Yanzhou Coal Mining Co., Ltd. was included.

        In order to sum up, communicate and promote their experience and spirit of quality, China Quality Association and All China Federation of Trade Union jointly launched the first session. Outstanding Quality Chinese activities in May ,2005. This year was the second session. In the past two sessions of this activities, Mr. Yang deyu was the sole representative of the coal industry.
