On December 12th, Mr. Li Xiyong, Chairman of the Board of Yanzhou Coal Mining Company（Yanzhou Coal） presided over Yanzhou Coal consulting conference of independent directors on business strategy, and heard the independent directors’ opinions and suggestions on Yanzhou Coal’s middle and long term development.

Yanzhou Coal’s independent directors Mr. Wang Lijie, Mr. Jia Shaohua, Mr. Wang Xiaojun and Mr. Xue Youzhi respectively put forward some pointed views and suggestions on the company’s strategic restructuring, long-term positioning, operation and management and other aspects.

Mr. Li Xiyong said that Yanzhou Coal would give full consideration to those valuable opinions and suggestions of independent directors in the future development.
