Zhang Chuanchang, born in October 1968, a research fellow in applied engineering technology with a master degree of engineering, is the Vice General Manager of the Company. Mr. Zhang joined the Company's predecessor in 1990 and was appointed as the Vice General Manager of Yushuwan Coal Mine in 2006. In 2014, he was appointed as the General Manager of Jinjitan Coal Mine of Shaanxi Future Energy Chemical Company Limited. In May 2018, he was appointed as the Vice General Manager of Shaanxi Future Energy Chemical Company Limited and the General Manager of Jinjitan Coal Mine of Shaanxi Future Energy Chemical Company Limited.In April 2020, he was appointed as the Vice General Manager of the Company, the Chairman and General Manager of Ordos Neng Hua Company Limited of the Company. Mr. Zhang graduated from Shandong University of Science and Technology.

Tian Zhaohua, born in September 1966, a professor-level senior administrative officer, with the postgraduate degree obtained from the Party School of the CPC Shandong Province Committee, the vice general manager of the Company. He joined the Company's predecessor in 1984. In June 2002, he served as the secretary of the CPC General Branch of the Jining No.3 Coal Mine Coal Preparation Plant. In April 2008, he was promoted as the director of the Jining No.3 Coal Mine Coal Preparation Plant. In December 2012, he served as the deputy secretary of the CPC Committee, the secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee, and the chairman of the Labor Union of Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine. In December 2014, he became a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Committee, and the vice general manager of Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine. In May 2015, he took office as CPC Jinjitan Coal Mine Committee of Shaanxi Future Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. In November 2017, he served as the secretary of CPC Committee and the deputy director of the Methanol Plant of Yulin Neng Hua Company Limited.In September 2018, he became the director of the Mining Area Relocation Office of the Company. In December 2019, he doubled as the deputy chief economist and the director of the Mining Area Relocation Office. In December 2020, he took the posts as the vice general manager of the Company and the Director of the Mining Area Relocation Office. Mr. Tian graduated from the Party School of the CPC Shandong Province Committee.

Li Weiqing, born in February 1971, a research fellow in applied engineering technology, a master degree of engineering, is the vice general manager of the Company. Mr. Li was appointed as the vice general manager of Dongtan Coal Mine in September 2009. He served as the general manager of Jining No.2 Coal Mine and the deputy secretary of the CPC Jining No.2 Coal Mine Committee since January 2016. Mr. Li took office of Heze Neng Hua and became the chairman, general manager and deputy secretary of CPC Heze Neng Hua Committee in June 2019. Meanwhile, he was also the general manager of Zhaolou Coal Mine and the deputy secretary of the CPC Zhaolou Coal Mine Committee. In May 2020, he was appointed as the chairman and general manager and the secretary of the CPC Committee of Heze Neng Hua. He also was appointed as the general manager and the secretary of the CPC Committee of Zhaolou Coal Mine. In January 2021, Mr. Li served as the director, the general manager and the secretary of the CPC Committee of Ordos Neng Hua. In October 2021, he became the Chairman of Ordos Neng Hua and Inner Mongolia Mining. In December 2021, he took the position of vice general manager of the Company. He graduated from China University of Mining and Technology with a master’s degree in engineering.

Ma Junpeng, born in March 1973, a research fellow in applied engineering technology with a master degree in engineering and serves as the chief engineer of the Company. Mr. Ma was appointed as the chief engineer of Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine of the Company in August 2013, the vice manager and the chief ngineer of Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine of theCompany in December 2016 and the deputy secretary of the CPC inglongzhuang Coal Mine Committee and the general manager of Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine of the Company in January 2017. In May 2021, Mr. Ma took position as the deputy secretary of the CPC Nantun Coal Mine Committee and the general manager of Nantun Coal Mine of theCompany. Mr. Ma started to serve as the chief engineer of the Company in March 2022. Mr. Ma graduated from China University of Mining and Technology.

Kang Dan, born in March 1980, a senior engineer with a master degree of engineering, serves as the chief safety officer of the Company. Mr. Kang was appointed as the vice general manager of Nantun Coal Mine of the Company in March 2016 and was promoted as the deputy secretary of the CPCCommittee and the general manager of Nantun Coal Mine in April 2020. In May 2021, he became the deputy secretary of the CPC Committee and the general manager of Xinglingzhuang Coal Mine of the Company. He assumed the position as the chief safety officer of the Company since April 2022. Mr. Kang graduated from China University of Mining and Technology.

Zhang Lei, born in May 1972, an International Certified Senior Accountant, an Australian Certified Public Accountant, with a master degree of business administration and a doctor degree of economics, is the Chief Investment Officer of the Company. Mr. Zhang served as Vice President of Siemens (China) Co., Ltd. and Chief Financial Officer of Siemens Northeast Asia Real Estate Group from September 2008 to September 2010. From September 2010 to June 2012, Mr. Zhang served as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Chinalco Mining International, vice president and Chief Financial Officer of Chinalco Overseas Holdings Limited. From July 2012 to March 2013, Mr. Zhang served as the General Manager of Shell Far East, responsible for business finance and mergers and acquisitions.From March 2013 to March 2014, he served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of SK Greater China in South Korea. Mr. Zhang joined the Company in 2014. He was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Yancoal Australia, the Chief Executive Officer of Oz-Star, and the General Manager of Yancoal International Holdings successively. In March 2020, he was appointed as the Chief Investment Officer of the Company. Mr. Zhang graduated from the Guanghua School of Management of Peking University and the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
