Mr. Zhang Zhaoyun, born in October 1980, a Senior Engineer with a master's degree in engineering, is the Chief Engineer of the Company. In August 2017, Mr. Zhang started to serve as Chief Engineer of Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine of the Company. In January 2022, he was appointed as the Chief Engineer of Baodian Coal Mine of the Company. Zhao Zhiguo,born in April 1978, is a Senior Accountant with a bachelor degree, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Staring from August 2016, Mr. Zhao served as a Member of the CPC Heze Coal-fired Power Committee, and the Chief Accountant of Linyi Mining Group Heze Coal-fired Power Co., Ltd. Gao Chunlei, born in May 1981, is a senior engineer with a master degree. Mr. Gao is the Chief Engineer (chemicals) of the Company. Mr. Gao was appointed as the member of the party committee and the vice general manager of the Methanol Plant at Yanzhou Coal Yulin Neng Hua Co., Ltd. in November 2011. He later served as the deputy party secretary and general manager of Yanzhou Coal Yulin Neng Hua Co., Ltd. in November 2018. Mr. Xu was appointed as the Director of the safety inspection department and Chief Safety Officer of the Company’s Baodian Coal Mine in October 2018, and the Vice General Manager of Baodian Coal Mine in April 2020.
