Yankuang Energy fully implements the New Development Philosophy, seek both external and internal improvement, and pay equal emphasison industrial operation and capital operation, fostering five major industries of mining, high-end chemicals and new materials, new energy, high-end equipment manufacturing, and intelligent logistics, and building three major operating bases of Shandong, Shaanxi &Inner Mongolia and Australia. Looking ahead, it will work to achieve an annual coal production capacity of 300 million tons in 5-10 years, and build more than 8 green and intelligent mining coal mines each with a production capacity ofover 10 million tons.The annual output of chemicals products will exceed 20 million tons.   • Liu Qiang

    Mr. Liu Qiang, born in October 1972, a senior engineer and holds a Master’s degree of engineering, currently is a Director of the Company, a member of the CPC standing committee and the vice general manager of Shandong Energy. Mr. Liu joined Shandong Lunan Chemical Fertilizer Factory in 1995, was appointed as the vice general manager of Yankuang Cathay Coal Chemical Company Limited in October 2009. Mr. Liu took office as the vice general manager of Yankuang Lunan Chemicals Co., Ltd. in May 2012 and took office as the chairman of the CPC committee, the general manager and an executive director of Yankuang Coal Chemical Engineering Company Limited in April 2014. Mr. Liu took office as the vice chairman of the CPC committee and general manager of Yankuang Lunan Chemicals Co., Ltd. in March 2016 and the deputy secretary of the CPC committee, the chairman and the general manager of Yankuang Lunan Chemicals Co., Ltd. in May 2017. Mr. Liu took office as the vice general manager of Yankuang Chemical Engineering Company Limited and the secretary of CPC committee and chairman of Yankuang Lunan Chemicals Co., Ltd. in September 2019. Mr. Liu was appointed as the vice general manager of the Company in September 2021, then was appointed as a member of the CPC standing committee and the vice general manager of Shandong Energy in March 2022.     ​Mr. Zhang Haijun, born in December 1973, is currently a director of the Company and the head of planning and development department of Shandong Energy. Mr. Zhang joined the Company’s predecessor in 1996, and in December 2013, Mr. Zhang was appointed as the deputy director (in charge of work) of the finance department of the Aluminum Branch of Yankuang Group and was appointed as the director of the finance department of the Aluminum Branch of Yankuang Group in November 2014, then was appointed as the chief financial officer and general counsel of the Aluminum Branch of Yankuang Group in November 2015. In May 2018, Mr. Zhang took office as the director of the investment development department and the decision consulting center of Yankuang Group. In August 2020, Mr. Zhang was appointed as the director of the investment and development department of Shandong Energy. In May 2022, Mr. Zhang was appointed as the director of the planning and development department of Shandong Energy. He became the Director of the Company in June 2023. Mr. Zhang graduated from the Party School of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee.

    ​Mr. Su Li, born in July 1972, is a professor-level senior administrative officer and senior economist with a Master's degree, and currently serves as the deputy party secretary, staff supervisor and head of the labor union of the Company. Mr. Su joined the Company's predecessor in 1996 and served as the deputy director of the general administrative office of Yankuang Group Co., Ltd. in October 2008. Mr. Su was appointed as the director of human resource division of Yankuang Donghua Group Company Limited in June 2012. In March 2014, Mr. Su was appointed as the director of the human resource department of the Company. In January 2016, Mr. Su was appointed as the assistant to general manager and served as the director of human resource department of the Company. Mr. Su was appointed as the assistant to general manager and the director of the organization department of the CPC committee (human resource department) of the Company in June 2016, and the secretary of the discipline inspection commission of the Company in March 2020. Mr. Su was appointed as staff supervisor of the Company in June 2020 and was further promoted as the supervisor of Yankuang Energy (Ordos) Company Limited in December 2021. Mr. Su has served as the deputy secretary of the CPC committee and the head of the labor union of the Company since September 2022. He became the Director of the Company in June 2023.
