    Mr. Wang Jiuhong, born in June 1976, a professorate senior engineer with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, is the Party Secretary of the CPC Committee，Director and the General Manager of the Company. Mr. Wang was appointed as chief engineer of Nantun Coal Mine of the Company in September 2014, secretary to the Party Branch and the general manager of Anyuan Coal Mine of Yanzhou Coal Ordos Neng Hua Co., Ltd. in December 2016, and the deputy director of the production technology department and the deputy director of ventilation and disasters prevention department of the Company in October 2017.

    Mr. Zhang Zhaoyun, born in October 1980, a Senior Engineer with a master's degree in engineering, is the Chief Engineer of the Company. In August 2017, Mr. Zhang started to serve as Chief Engineer of Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine of the Company. In January 2022, he was appointed as the Chief Engineer of Baodian Coal Mine of the Company. Mr. Zhang started to take positions of the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine Committee and the General Manager of Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine of the Company in April 2022. In May 2023, he became the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Dongtan Coal Mine Committee and the General Manager of Dongtan Coal Mine of the Company. Mr. Zhang is appointed as the Chief Engineer of the Company in June 2024. Mr. Zhang graduated from Shandong University of Science and Technology.
